qu9i Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Service

qu9i ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider. This platform offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming options for users in Bangladesh. All aspects of using qu9i services are governed by these terms and conditions.

1.2 Age Limit and Eligibility

This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. The following individuals may not open an account or use services on qu9i:

• Those legally unable to enter into a contract due to legal or mental incapacity

1.3 Changes to Terms

2.1 Creating an Account

• User's own self-exclusion request

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qu9i currently supports the following payment methods:

Deposited funds may only be withdrawn via the same method used to make the deposit, unless we instruct otherwise.

3.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are verified by our security team. If fraud is suspected or a payment chargeback occurs, that deposit will be cancelled and the account will be investigated. Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited — the account and payment method must belong to the same person.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be processed:

• Account verification must be fully completed
• Wagering requirements on all active bonuses must be met
• Withdrawal amount must be at least ৳500

3.4 Currency and Conversion

qu9i operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances, bonuses and transactions are displayed in Taka. Deposits made in a different currency will be converted at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Conversion fees may apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Terms for receiving and using this bonus:

• A minimum first deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus
• A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account, device or IP address
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

qu9i has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform.

4.3 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes: collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, using low-risk or hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, operating accounts in coordinated groups, and similar conduct. If such behavior is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers: a bonus remains active once added to the account balance; bonuses are not transferable as cash; certain game restrictions may apply to a bonus offer; qu9i reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on qu9i are operated by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). Each game has its own rules displayed within the game itself. Bets voided due to technical errors will be considered null and void and the stake will be returned.

5.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• If a match is postponed, bets may be suspended or cancelled
• Odds may change in live betting; odds on confirmed bets will not change
• If match fixing or irregularities are suspected, the relevant bets may be cancelled
• Specific rules for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL or ICC tournaments will be communicated in separate notices

5.3 Technical Errors and Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, our server logs will be considered the final evidence. Abnormal winnings arising from technical issues (such as rewards obtained from a bug in game software) will not be considered valid and there will be no obligation to pay out such amounts.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

The following activities will be considered suspicious and may result in account investigation or closure: playing games via automated means or bots, colluding with others to gain an advantage in games, exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.

9.1 Termination of Agreement

You can close your account at any time by notifying our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. Any active bonuses or wagering-conditioned balances remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary. All remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
